Hello again,
Unless I’m very much mistaken this should be the second email you have received and this details my own tour dates, I’m probably in a service station now eating a £5 slice of cake and a £6 coffee for the 3rd time today. on my way to a gig that won’t pay for the coffee and cake, HAHA!
I do the newsletters this way because otherwise people don’t understand why I’m not at some of the Jake Leg Jug Band dates (although I’m on most) and that is simply because we may have a clash where I’m out working with my own bands – either my Rock ‘n’ Roll Trio or with my Lonesome Travellers
First bit of news is – tomorrow lunch time I shall be performing with my Lonesome Travellers at THE SWAN INN, CHADDESLEY CORBETT, nr BROMSGROVE / KIDDERMINSTER and I will be joined by a stella line-up of Jim Swinnerton on double bass, Richard Bennett on trumpet and Tom SPATS Langham on second banjo and guitar (YES, I AM EXCITED TOO) I’m performing with some one who I consider a national treasure (and a pal) – you can follow JAZZ AT THE SWANN, CHADDESLEY CORBETT ON FACEBOOK BY CLICKING HERE
